The Women of Distinction in Oncology awards, hosted by Cancer Therapy Advisor, recognizes the inspiring clinicians and researchers who are making a difference in the field of oncology and in the lives of their patients. Despite their underrepresentation in the field, the number of women in oncology is growing and it is vital to recognize and celebrate the professional success and impact that women are having across the cancer care continuum.
Woman of Distinction in Oncology Awards: Response to COVID-19
Cancer Therapy Advisor continues to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation. Although a final decision regarding the format of the awards ceremony has yet to be determined, we remain dedicated in our mission to present these awards to the many deserving candidates. We encourage you to continue to nominate your colleagues and peers so that they may receive recognition for their achievements. As the health and safety of all nominees and ceremony attendees is our top priority, we will continue to assess the situation and hope to identify the most appropriate venue for awards presentation in the near future.
